Cathy James, Brampton
Molly is a three year old domestic short-haired female orange tabby. Molly was the only surviving member of an abandoned litter. From an early age Molly had a very unique personality…very calm and loving, and she has always enjoyed any and all attention. She would always quite happily settle in her carrier for car rides.
Molly was recommended by NHKR and the Georgetown Animal Clinic as a potential cat for the T.P.O.C. Programme, and under the guidance of Ken and Linda Greason, Molly is now part of the Brampton TPOC Family. For for the past year, has been visiting weekly at Woodhall Park Retirement Village, and thoroughly enjoys the constant cuddles and attention. It is heartwarming to see the smiling faces and happiness she brings to the residents.
Molly has just recently passed her Paws to Read® testing and now represents TPOC at the Brisdale Public School Library where she is working weekly with four children on a six week programme. In typical Molly style, she is enjoying the pets and attention from the children and they enjoy reading to her.
When not working, Molly spends her days sleeping, playing fetch, keeping an eye on the backyard squirrels and telling me when it is her meal time. Molly shares her home with big sister Miaya, a five year calico, who has no interest in going out to work!
